Mystery Unfolds Digital Gift Card
When you purchase a digital gift card you will be sent a unique code. This code can be entered at checkout to subtract the gift card value from the order total.
This gift card never expires.
Gift card purchases must be made independently of other purchases. You will need to check out again to purchase other products (this is a limitation of our platform).
Frequently Asked Questions about Digital Gift Cards
Can I split an order between a gift card and a credit card?
Yes. If your order total exceeds the value remaining on their gift card, you can pay the balance using standard payment methods.
Can I use more than one gift card on an order?
Yes. You can apply multiple gift cards to an order.
Can I use less than the full value of my gift card?
When using a gift card, the full value of the gift card is always applied. It isn’t possible to partially redeem a gift card unless the order total is less than the gift card balance.
Do sale pricing and discounts apply to purchasing gift cards?
No. Sales pricing and discount codes can’t be applied to purchasing a gift card. However, these discounts will apply to orders made using a gift card.
Can I get a refund after I’ve purchased a gift card?
Yes. You can cancel and refund unused gifts cards. Partially used gift cards can't be refunded.
Can I get a refund on purchases made with a gift card?
Yes. The refunded amount will be added back to your gift card's balance.
Can I check the balance of my gift card?
On purchase, you will receive an initial email with the gift card balance. After entering the gift card code at checkout, you'll see the remaining balance if there is any.
What do I do if I lose my gift card code?
If you lose your gift card, get in touch with us and we’ll resend it to the purchaser.
